The previous workflows by the Parks and arborist teams relied heavily on paper-driven workflows that involved multiple transcriptions, Excel documents, and limited collaboration efforts between office staff and field operations. This effort increased the efficiency employees used to process, manage, and communicate forestry and arborist activities within the organization.
