Roughly thirty years ago, a survey mistake was made that resulted in a potential adverse possession claim. The parcels overlapped and the owner was notified by the Real Property Lister to fix the situation. Another 15 years passed, another notification was sent, and the final "fix" might not be what you're expecting.
