One of the most cherished rights we have as citizens in America is the ability to own land. Legal descriptions are intended to define the limits of property ownership. Some descriptions are well written and clearly defined while others are confusing and ambiguous. In this session you will learn about the most common types of legal descriptions, the verbiage, numbers and symbols used in them and the challenges of interpreting some less than perfect legal descriptions.
